Well, I have been taking my dogs there since they opened, sometimes even 5 dogs. They do a great job, but yesterday i experienced something different. I called knowing I had to schedule at least a couple weeks. They were unable to accommodate me, so I said then I guess I need to find someone else, and to my surprise they said sorry, but ok. I have been in customer service my whole life and have never heard of a company being ok with this. They always do an excellent job with my dog "Bear".
I was very happy with this shop. They were very straightforward in the phone about pricing, all three people at the location were friendly and professional, and my Lhasa Apso, Violet, was happy, at ease and energetic in their shop and around all of the owners/employees. I will return.
Our 3 little ones love spending the day at Sugar Plum Grooming. We couldn't ask for a better place to take them!
Great dog grooming service! They are so friendly and provide a calm and professional environment for you and your pet. I really like how thorough they are with how exactly you want your pet groomed. I also found that this is the only place that the staff spends time playing individually with each pet before grooming to calm them down. That helps sooo much!! And to top it off--love how they give our dog a bow tie at the end of each visit� Thank you!
We brought in our 85 pound golden retriever yesterday and am very impressed by not only how well he looked but their attention to detail! His nails looked perfect and his bow tie was absolutely adorable. We won't be taking our dog anywhere else from now on!
Just took my dog over to get her groomed and I'm super happy with their service! Definitely the best grooming place I've ever went! Highly recommended and worth every cent! :)
