The maintenance worker and office person they have are nice, just not enough time and not open enough for the amount of work the property needs. Utility fees don’t make sense, just include them in the base rent if it’s dependent on group usage. Charging a “common area electric fee” also cannot be worth the reputational damage for $10 from a resident per month. Neighbors are nice.

Maintenance has improved over the past month. However, the utility fees are outrageous. They use a third-party company to divide the utility costs among the units in the complex, and the charges keep rising without a clear explanation. It just doesn't add up.

Response to maintenance is good but could be better. Shared utilities keep rising every month, and it's worrisome.

I'd only say it's really hard to talk to anyone in management after you move in because of how many changes there's been and the availability Scheduling to meet with them is a little wonky.... read more

Stay here at your own peril. Before moving in, communication was smooth. After moving in, not so much to nonexistent even. Maintenance is practically nonexistent—no matter how many requests you make, issues remain unresolved. This is the kind of place you settle for when you're desperate, only to regret it throughout your stay. There are constant vacancies because no one wants to stay and deal with the countless issues. The grounds are poorly maintained, and bugs are everywhere despite paying a monthly pesticide fee. You lit... read more
