Very disappointing experience I had an appointment today, but I ended up waiting for an entire hour and my pedicure was never even started. They had my feet soaking in hot water for the whole hour while I was waiting, but no one came to actually start my service or explain what was going on. I eventually had to leave because I had another appointment afterward. One staff member did apologize to me, which I appreciated, but I was still very disappointed with how the situation was handled. 1000/10 !!!! Absolutely LOVE this nail salon ! They have a great selection of colors to choose from, do designs, have the builder gel and different chromes, cat eye, and other new in style stuff! Place is clean & all the nail techs have been so sweet each time! The owner is wonderful as well! Highly recommend this place!! 🙌🏽
This was my first time there and i absolutely loved it everyone was so friendly and I love my nails can’t wait to go back and get another set!!
Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to first off pricing is insane, took my 3yr old daughter with me to get her nails painted asked if she can be sitted next to me as they had plenty of empty seats. They said no. Made her sit 2 rows behind me. Had to go back the next day because my NEW SET of acrylic NO chip polish was chipping and the clear coat had bubbles in the polish the owner had someone else fix them & she couldn’t even take all the polish off.. lazy? 2 days later they’re chipping again I paid 75$ for the rude unprofessio... read more
