Me and my girls love this place. We love the ladies and the vibes!! And our nails are always great!! Love the builder gel!
I called and asked if they had a wait as I had limited time to get my nails done. I arrived 5 minutes later and the place was packed. I waited for 15 minutes and they ended up taking a walk in before me. I explained the situation to the manager and she brushed me off and didn’t even apologized. Very rude!
I've been to Sugar Nails 3 times for Autumn nails, Holiday nails and once for a repair resulting from no-chip that wasn't fully dry. The EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I got for that fluke contributes in a big way to the 5 star rating. All the other visits were very good experiences but what a business does when something goes wrong shows their true worth. This salon is excellent!
Got me and my moms nails done here for her birthday and will definitely be coming back! Everyone was so sweet and my nail tech did an amazing job.
