After having a great first experience last month, I decided to book another appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 a.m. today. I understood that the office was busy and expected a short delay, but after waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I still had not been seen. I cannot say enough about Sugar! The first time I went I really appreciated how engaged the staff was with giving me the experience I was looking for helping me pick out the correct type of product to achieve what I was looking for. These are the coolest nails I have ever gotten - Summer was so sweet and patient and we trialed things to get them just right, I’ll definitely be a loyal customer! Not only did she do an amazing job she fixed a botched job by another salon getting my nails back to a beautiful state!
