I had a disappointing experience with my gel nails. They started chipping after just 4 days, so I emailed to have them redone. When I went in, they couldn’t find the color I had originally chosen. I requested to have the gel removed since it wasn’t holding up, but they still tried to charge me for that service. In the end, I left with only 7 out of 10 nails done, and my nails were not properly fixed. I paid $60 to have 4 days of nice nails. Waste of my time and money.
They always do such a great job; very detail oriented and it’s a clean salon. I live right around the corner and thought it would be super expensive since they’re on Abbott Kinney, but they’re well-priced! My new go-to nail spot. I’ve gone to Eric a couple times!
