We lived at Bayou Point for two years. The apartment was great. The rent was a good deal. The staff, especially Luke, were friendly and effective. The maintenance staff was awesome. It was nice to have two pools and a gym. Food trucks every Friday. Close to Park blvd with tons of shopping nearby. I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
I have soooo many good things to say about the tour I went on Saturday at Bayou Point! Also super excited to announce that I will be calling that place home in around a month! Luke is the greatest person you can have on your community's staff. I am all about efficiency, work 7 days a week running a very involved fitness business and am very limited on time, so every second counts.
