We have been thoroughly impressed by both Sugar Mill Apartments and Stratford Group in Alpena. Our questions were answered quickly and politely. Gerry at Sugar Mill and Linda at Stratford Group went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us get into our apartment in a timely manner.We cannot say enough good about these apartments. We saw 3 different apartments and they were exceptionally clean and well mantained. The facilities exceeded our expectations.We cannot recommend Sugar Mill Apartments strongly enough!
Sugar Mill Senior Apartments...a total joke.First of all, the contact number given here is for the maintanance man who cannot answer questions regarding the apartments. Second, it took two weeks for him to contact me back after I left numerous messages. He advised me to fill out an application and someone from Alpena would contact me back and answer my questions.
