Do not go here!! I paid upfront for a laser package and then up and closed!!!
This business closed without notifying its customers. I have not had all of the laser treatments that I paid for. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get an appointment for treatments. The staff would always call and cancel appointments on the same day stating their machine was "broken." Now we have found out that they have closed the business and all phone numbers are out of service. Also, their website and social media pages have been taken down. All services are paid for upfront. Seems we are all having the same issue here. I’ve left countless voicemails asking when I’ll be able to get my laser treatments. And of course, no returned phone calls. Line is now disconnected, website gone. Going to report this business to the better business bureau. As you ladies should as well. I paid for my laser treatments and have a credit from a hydrafacial that was unable to be completed because… you guessed it… a broken machine. This place is a SCAM and she will be held responsible. This place is awful, I’ve left messages about rescheduling my laser appointments and I get no response, the reason why I had to reschedule is because her machine breaks down all the time . I guess you get what you pay for I got robbed . Don’t go here it’s cheap for a reason. .She will just keep your money at the end. ! Pft
I don’t write reviews often, but I felt a strong need to share my experience with this business with others. I found this business through Groupon, where they were offering discounted treatment packages. I contacted the business directly and they stated they would honor the Groupon price so I did not have to purchase through Groupon. I purchased two treatment packages from them (six treatments each for a total of 12 treatments) on January 12th.
