The receptionist needs to go work where she does not engage with people. The worst attitude I've ever encountered. She is definitely on a power trip. The other staff is excellent in every way and should be commended. Sad to say, one bad apple spoils the barrel is proven right by this one woman at the front desk.
Not happy with receptionist service, taking too far this COVID restrictions.
Next time if I have a choice, I would look for another center for the surgery. People are rude. I hope this does not happen again.
