We had my fathers funeral here in September 2018, and I can honestly say that it was an amazing service. The venue is beyond beautiful and the staff is amazing. We had family come in from all over the country, and EVERYONE kept talking about how it was the most beautiful funeral they had ever attended. But it didn’t just end there. In December they sent my mother a beautiful tin of cookies, and on her birthday in January they sent her a very nice birthday card. Staff is unorganized and they are rude to guests. - Staff refused to give water to guests after a certain time - The staff is not prepared with food/plates/silverware for a celebration we planned - The staff displays extreme acts of rudeness and unprofessionalism when they made the mistake of being unprepared
