Honestly, I’m glad I changed from my previous endo, Dr Aluko is amazing and caring and answered all my questions and even gave me more information than what I could ask for. She helped me get up to date with the latest diabetic care and even put up with my dramatic reaction to the Libre 3 🤣 I’m a patient here for life ☺️
I have had multiple horrible experiences with this practice specifically the front office staff and Dr. pandya. I have given them several chances and each time it gets worse and worse. They don’t care about their clients. I have had to reach out multiple times for medication refills even after I have kept up with my appointments and bloodwork. Rasheeda the lab tech was very unfriendly, giving me attitude for the most normal reactions. I explained to her why I was acting the way I was and she laughed at me. She was very curt and not welcoming
I was concerned about making an appointment with this office after the reviews, but after I couldn’t get an appointment for 7 months from another office and decided to see them. I was so overjoyed and relieved after my experience with Dr. Aluko, and Brooke the MA , as well as the front desk. Dr. Aluko was informative, knowledgeable, and has lots of patience. High pressure visit. Granted, I was not in the best place financially, but I was out of work and had no insurance and simply wanted to find a local doctor who would work with me for my insulins. I attempted to explain my situation, and regardless of what I said, they proceeded to proscribe expensive tertiary supplies that I could not afford out of pocket. It was quite an uncomfortable experience.
