Dr Parikh was super thorough and listened to all my concerns. After years of dealing with thyroid issues it was great to discuss treatments and adjustments to see what can be improved. I’m so excited to see how things progress to feel better in myself and maybe at last get some relief from the symptoms that plague my daily life. It’s the first time I’ve felt things can maybe improve. Front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating which was super refreshing Thankyou all
Honestly, I’m glad I changed from my previous endo, Dr Aluko is amazing and caring and answered all my questions and even gave me more information than what I could ask for. She helped me get up to date with the latest diabetic care and even put up with my dramatic reaction to the Libre 3 🤣 I’m a patient here for life ☺️
I have had multiple horrible experiences with this practice specifically the front office staff and Dr. pandya. I have given them several chances and each time it gets worse and worse. They don’t care about their clients. I have had to reach out multiple times for medication refills even after I have kept up with my appointments and bloodwork. Rasheeda the lab tech was very unfriendly, giving me attitude for the most normal reactions. I explained to her why I was acting the way I was and she laughed at me. She was very curt and not welcoming
I was concerned about making an appointment with this office after the reviews, but after I couldn’t get an appointment for 7 months from another office and decided to see them. I was so overjoyed and relieved after my experience with Dr. Aluko, and Brooke the MA , as well as the front desk. Dr. Aluko was informative, knowledgeable, and has lots of patience.
