The staff sometimes tell patients to weigh themselves a couple of times to get the proper weight. I've mentioned to them that if there is question about the accuracy of the weight scale then it should be inspected and calibrated. Otherwise patients may or may not have the proper dialysis processed. I mentioned it at least two months ago and till this day the weight scale has not been inspected and calibrated.
My husband has been coming here for over 6 months. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the clientele are nice, too. The only problem I sometimes have is the transport services sometimes block the closest ramp going up to the sidewalk to enter the building. This has only become a problem since the new Fiesta opened in the same strip center. Possibly marking a few spaces as reserved for SLD would be helpful.
