The front desk is extremely unprofessional.
I found Dr. Nguyen through recommendations. Yen is extremely experienced with insurance and took care of my annoying insurance quickly (a lot of offices have issues.) She is very thorough and friendly. We had a fun discussion while I was waiting. Dr. N was such a pleasure to meet. We went into his office for questions etc and I would have sat there for hours talking to him. Very personable. I believe he has delivered 10k babies in the past. Lots of wisdom. We came full circle when I mentioned my dad's name who was a GP and h... read more
