A hidden gem was discovered on yesterday. Chef Dana and her husband Brian own Sugar Jam Bake Shop & Bristro in North Scottsdale. I had the honor to learn about their story and taste the food. LAWD!!!!! I tell you the food was seasoned perfectly. The consistency of the grits with that Creole flavor. The portions were more than enough. Best Breakfast in AZ hands down. Owners were friendly and food was to die for. Definitely worth the drive from Laveen.
