AMAZING MANAGEMENT! Lovely building (I don’t live here) but lovely nonetheless!!
Good customer service. Try not to live on ground level due to ants and people roaming the area at night. Request 2nd level or higher.
I have lived here for two years and have absolutely loved it. It's located in a great area with many shops close by. I have had swift responses to maintenance issues, and have found property management to be incredibly kind and helpful.
The management company is incredibly unresponsive, and communication is absolutely terrible. Whether it's maintenance requests, lease questions, or even just basic inquiries, it takes days (if not longer) to hear back, if at all. Here are my specific problems I had to deal with: Upon moving in, our water heater did not work. We had to wait a week to have it replaced.
