The management company is incredibly unresponsive, and communication is absolutely terrible. Whether it's maintenance requests, lease questions, or even just basic inquiries, it takes days (if not longer) to hear back, if at all. Here are my specific problems I had to deal with: Upon moving in, our water heater did not work. We had to wait a week to have it replaced. We stopped by to tour the complex while in town apartment hunting. The “spa/hot tub” they have listed as an amenity online is an old and ugly tiny hot tub that looks like it would be at a trailer park. That, paired with how outdated the interior of apartments look online, are not worth the price. I think advertising that there’s a chic fil a across the street is more appealing than the sad “spa/hot tub” lol The office was closed for whatever reason, but that was fine because one look at the complex immediately had us looking... read more
We lived here for one year. Pros: - Location -- close to nice cafes and parks. However, if we had time to tour before moving from out of state, we would have considered the neighboring apartments. - Maintenance response time and friendliness for small issues - Friendly neighbors -- typically 30-40's young professionals Cons: - Bugs -- in the warm months, there were 5-10 bugs daily in our unit (we think they were boxelder bugs) and were told this was to be expected - Car broken into in the garage and still had to pay for the ... read more
