Erica @ Sugar Home health is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with in a work place. She is extremely rude and condescending and highly Incompetent. She fell short of her duties multiple times In regards to communicating my schedule and paperwork that I needed to complete as I new higher. Excellent service. Erica and her staff were able to get us setup with steady service hours for our loved one. Her CNAs came into the house and deep cleaned and it hasn't looked this good in years. Her team is amazing.
