I called AAA for a tow and they dispatched Sugar Hill. Although the wait was a little longer than expected, I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received. Not only was Rich, my tow driver, kind, patient, and knowledgeable, he was an excellent conversationalist during the ride from Newtown to Waterbury. I would definitely recommend Sugar Hill.

Just had to call AAA for a flat tire. The tow truck from Sugar Hill was here in 20 minutes and the driver was the friendliest and most helpful I've ever met. He replaced the tire and was on his way in about 15 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
