You know I didn't want to write this review because I didn't want to put Kevin Moreland's personal business out there. But because I refused to let Sugar Hill Auto Collision fix my car I was rudely talked to by Kevin and then when I told him that I didn't deserve his threats or unprofessional behavior I said goodbye and hung up the phone. RecommendedI am so happy that a friend recommended Kevin and Sugar Hill Auto Collision! After complaining about the quality of repairs done by my insurer's direct repair facility and getting nowhere, I took my wife's car to Kevin for a post repair inspection. He pointed out items that were potential safety concerns and offered to contact the previous repair facility prior to beginning work. Truthfulness and High quality Safe repairs!
My opinion is that you should beware of this shop. They were doing repair and ordered wrong parts. Refused to work anymore on the car because now he wasn’t going to make any money. Go somewhere else.
The most excellent Auto Collision Shop in Georgia. I won’t go anywhere else. From the moment I walked in I could tell something was different. Everyone acknowledges you. When I walked back to my car the mechanic was eating lunch right on the counter where he worked! It was that clean. They took me back there to show me the bad dangerous repair I had at Cumming Collision a year previous. I must assume that the 5 star reviews were paid for. In my opinion this place is a trap. They hold your vehicle for as long as they can and charge for "excessive" storage (which they know most insurance will not pay) and add ridiculous fees such as "Reconcile Insurance Paperwork" (there wasn't any); "Parts storage and Handling" (My car was totaled - no parts); "Open office file" (What?) and many, many more.
