I must assume that the 5 star reviews were paid for. In my opinion this place is a trap. They hold your vehicle for as long as they can and charge for "excessive" storage (which they know most insurance will not pay) and add ridiculous fees such as "Reconcile Insurance Paperwork" (there wasn't any); "Parts storage and Handling" (My car was totaled - no parts); "Open office file" (What?) and many, many more.
