Toilet grade animal hospital. Incompetent staff. Expensive.
My dog broke her toe and I brought her to Sugar Hill Animal Hospital for an X-ray. They put a spoon splint on her foot, the bandage ran half way up her leg and stopped right below her knee. It was wrapped way too tight and dug into her leg creating a big hole under the tape that was put at the top to keep the cast from slipping. By the time the tape fell off, from the wound, it was infected. Our three border collies were boarded for three days at Sugar Hill Animal Hospital in October 2016. I choose to board my boys at your facility because they are never caged and love to swim and play. We paid extra for swimming and extra playtime so they would be happy and have fun. I also sent their normal food prepared in baggies with their name and date on each bag and asked for them to be feed in the evening as usual. I just recently had my Doberman boarded there for a week while I was out of the country. I had her signed up for doggy day care + boarding. They told me they needed to update her vaccines, which they did and the prices were not bad. However, when I came to drop my sweet puppy off none of the receptionists were that friendly to me as opposed of to where I normally take my sweet girl (Hoschton Animal Hospital - sadly their kennels were full for boarding).
