Chelsea is amazing! I’ve been going to her for some time now and I’ve never been committed to a person that offers services as much as I am with her! She legit makes you so comfortable and great music! She’s extremely professional and takes every step needed to make sure you are satisfied. I have been to a lot of lash techs but I wouldn’t never go to anyone but her moving forward also brows she is definitely a magician at that doesn’t matter what type of brows you have she will make sure leaving her you are at your best!!!!
