Great place but don't expect your appointment time to he accurate. It was an hour past my appointment before they saw me.

Beautiful salon with such a pleasing, comfortable environment — every detail feels thought through, from the hair wash chairs with the recliner feature to the cozy sofas in the waiting area. I love that they accept walk-ins and the whole process is quick and easy. Special shoutout to Gisele and Yeibeli for taking such great care of me! As a Dominican myself, I can say Sugar is a true 10/10!
Went in for a silk press. I have curly (not kinky) Afro hair. Soft & detangled when I went in. I was a walk in. They absolutely fried my hair. I have heat damage galore. And I’m certain some type of chemical was used. Some parts of my hair are BONE straight. Despite rain,sleet snow! My curls are GONE! 11 years of hard earned natural hair all damaged.
