I made an appointment last week, for Tuesday, September 15 at 1 PM. I got there and the place was locked up. Lights off. And I found a hand written sign in the window that it was closed for renovations. I drove nearly an hour to get there! Why wouldn't they call people who had appointments. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Great place but don't expect your appointment time to he accurate. It was an hour past my appointment before they saw me.
Le puedo decir voy para tres años viviendo en Jacksonville y desde que describí este lugar me e vuelto fiel a ellos un servicio exelente las chicas un amor nunca e tenido que esperar mas de 5 min y en ocaciones es entrada por salida.
Solo con entrar al lugar ya sentí que estaba en un lugar del que saldría hermosa luego mi café y después inicio mi cambio y obvio que lo amé. Gracias Nairoby.
Beautiful salon with such a pleasing, comfortable environment — every detail feels thought through, from the hair wash chairs with the recliner feature to the cozy sofas in the waiting area. I love that they accept walk-ins and the whole process is quick and easy. Special shoutout to Gisele and Yeibeli for taking such great care of me! As a Dominican myself, I can say Sugar is a true 10/10!
