Solo fui 2 veces a este lugar y me prometí no volver, las 2 veces no se me respeto mi tiempo y la atención dejó mucho que desear. El resultado no fue lo que esperaba me tuvieron 8 hrs y ni si quiera ese tiempo fue suficiente para que yo tuviera el resultado deseado. Estuve a punto de irme con mi cabello sin moldear, ya que la persona que me estaba atendiendo Nairobi se metió a comer mientras yo seguía perdiendo mi tiempo sentada esperando, ese día llegué a la 1 pm y salí a las 9 pm! Super unprofessional. I booked an appointment only to walk in and realize they don’t really honor appointments… I waited an hour to be seen. The stylist seemed nervous, she was dropping product all over my clothes and totally over processed my hair. The overlapped the relaxer far too much, and left me to wait 30 mins before washing it out after I asked for it to only be left in for 15 mins (my relaxers usually don’t mess up my curl pattern but it’s so over processed, my curl pattern is now terrible.)
