We lived in Sugar Flats for 2.5 years and enjoyed it. Nice and quiet, the facilities people were responsive, and the front desk staff were nice. We really appreciated the security of parking our car in a garage and controlled entry to the complex. The neighborhood is really lovely and walkable. We did all of our grocery shopping, doctor and dentist appointments, clothes shopping on foot. Also a library branch and an auto shop in walking distance. Callie and Jeff have made my move in so easy! They helped answer all my lease questions and ensure everything was in order. Maintenance was so quick to fix my door and this has been my least stressful move I’ve had In years. Truly great staff here and I’m excited to live here! Thank you!
Lived here for 3 years. Overall very pleasant experience. Had one noisy neighbor but they were there for less than a year and left. Otherwise everyone is very respectful and had a very quiet time here. Front office staff responds extremely fast and efficient. Large packages are held by the office who are there until 6 pm, otherwise the package room was very secure and never had a package go missing that was delivered.
