We had the most amazing experience here tonight! Erez was our server and he was attentive and helpful. We came here for the "Instafamous" drinks and based on some reviews, were expecting the food to be lackluster.....however, I had the best buffalo chicken sandwich I've ever had in my entire life. Went with my 2 girl friends, estefani was so helpful and very kind and welcoming. The aesthetic, service was all on point, food came out fresh and perfect. Great experience would definitely come back!!!
Terrible experience! The dessert cookie was completely burnt — we could barely notice any Nutella, if there was any at all. There were no M&Ms, as described on the menu. Paying a mandatory 20% service charge for this kind of service and product is unacceptable! Plus, there’s an extra 3% fee if you pay by card. The food was okay. Desserts were great. Asked for birthday to be sung, they confirmed at check in and before we sat. Then, they didn’t sing when they brought out dessert and told us they would have to do it after they sang to a girl who was having her birthday party there. They wanted to sing after we were half way through our dessert. Also, we ordered the skillet and the ice cream is supposed to be served at the table.
