I was really disappointed with the food quality at Sugar Factory. For the prices, I expected much better flavor and freshness, but everything we ordered felt underwhelming. The highlight of the visit, though, was our server—absolutely wonderful, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s a shame the food didn’t match the level of service, because the staff member truly did a great job.

I surprised our 13 yr old daughter this year for her birthday with a family dinner at Sugar Factory! We had an amazing experience. Our waiters (multiple due to our large party of 20) were sassy and so much fun, attentive and overall EXCELLENT in their show!
