We went to a location on San Antonio a couple years ago & it was fantastic. I should have looked at the reviews for this location. Service was horrible, waiter stayed 3 feet from table, as if we had cookies or something. We ordered a drink $30+ & I specifically asked if it had the cotton candy & dry ice, he said yes. It had the dry ice, but no cotton candy. The appetizer and pizza were OK, definitely not worth ordering again. We did get lemon pepper wings, and my friends thought they were good. 0/10 from the servers , food and all . We sat down at 3:15pm nobody put our order in until after 5:30, the kids never got refills , some ppl didn’t get the food or drinks . We came to celebrate 2 kids birthdays, the kids started getting a lil irritated because they were hungry and thirsty . Finally started bringing the food out about 6 pm 1 by 1, the kids got the food last . Chicken strips were hard and the pasta was terrible . The food is not bad but the service is trash !!! Very slow no to go boxes no napkins she is is like the 18% service charge goes for the kitchen !! So the added 18% that’s for the kitchen people plus I have to tip the waitress another 18% !!!! Are u guys serious plus she didn’t even serve me she only brought the food I kept on going and asking about my things!!
Terrible service!!! They took almost an hour to service me a simple club sandwich…. A club sandwich..!!!!!
