They have auto 20 percent tip for take out. These people need to understand the definition of tip. Tip is applied in two ways: 1) when you bring food to my table if I'm dining in and I give you a tip for exceptional customer service. 2) if you deliver food to my house like pizza. I'm not tipping you to put food in a take out bag. If you need to add tip, make sure you pay your employees properly. This nonsense doesn't exist in Europe.
