Cool atmosphere clean place. Absolutely terrible food worse service and outrageously overpriced. Overcooked unremarkable zero pride comes from the kitchen. Absolute regret I stepped foot in this place.
Absolutely terrible service didn't even get water and other drinks left 30 min from arival
Went in to celebrate my daughters birthday on a Sunday afternoon not an employee in sight wasn’t greeted for about 10 minutes then the staff was rude short non chalant and acted as if we bothered them by coming in my daughter was so excited to experience the sugar factory as was I but the moment we steeped foot in it was a disaster empty candy store crumbs left in bins no candy and really disappointing spoke to manager who looked over worked tired and defeated staff was nasty smirked at our complaints and acted as if nothing... read more
Lonnie, the bartender was so accommodating and amazing. Very knowledgeable and then on to of that made some of the best margaritas we’ve ever had and beautiful at that. Highly recommended!! Great experience
