This place was so over hyped! The host was rude and acted like we were disturbing her when we walked in. We had a reservation and it still took about 15 mins to get seated with only 2 other tables of customers. The tables were sticky and grimy. Crumbs and who knows what was stick in the crevices. I had a reservation to get some dessert and drinks with my partner. The restaurant was pretty busy but got sat within about 10 minutes of our time. We only got 1 menu to share and had to wait about 10 minutes to ask for a second menu. By time we got our appetizer and drink order in it was about 20 minutes after being sat. Came to the sugar factory for my Goddaughter’s birthday. The Service that we received from Dez the waitress was top tier. She was very nice, her honest opinion on the food review was awesome. I couldn’t make up my mind what to order and she helped me decide. Definitely 5 star service
Pretty much if your white they are gonna treat you as a bother, shoved our party of 16 in a corner, no dry ice for the fancy drinks that we came for on a Saturday at 630 at night, gave us plastic silverware , I looked around and seen others get better service , then when you scan the reviews only white ppl had bad experiences, clearly they don’t want white business, they automatically add gratuity so it’s no problem for them to give you attitude, cold food for a thousand dollars I’ll never be back and I’ll make sure anyone I... read more
