Outstanding customer service. Henry was so informative. I was a little timid about purchasing a bike but I felt so reassured after talking to him. I am so happy with my new bike.

These guys are good! They listen to what the customers want - and deliver! No high pressure selling, just good old fashioned service. They fixed up my old bike and did an amazing job. They also delivered in time for a race I wanted to bring it to. I don't recommend businesses very often, but these guys deserve the rare exception! Thanks Sugar Cycles!
I went in to buy a road bike and am now training for the MS150. If you're just starting out join us on Saturday morning at 7:30 outside of Sugar Cycles.
I had a great experience at the shop tonight. Kyle listened to what my goals were and let me take the time to try out different bikes without pressuring me one way or the other. He and Fred worked to get my bike just right even though the shop had officially closed. Thanks again!

These guys are absolutely awesome! They truly want people to have a great biking experience and to love the hobby/sport/fun. I've dropped in with my bike several times and have received service above and beyond. Today, I needed new pedals, and while the bike was on the rack, the specialist adjusted my brakes, because he saw they needed it. They talk about their rides and activities they are planning for customers. The type of small-town, personalized service I saw when I was growing up.
