I purchased my bike new from out of town. After riding it for about a month I could tell a few things weren’t setup correctly. Rather than making the drive to the location of where I originally purchased the bike, I made an appointment with Sugar Cycles, Inc. for a service. They addressed every single one of my issues and were very well priced!
Good people! Fantastic service, especially compared to other shops in the area.
We had a great experience purchasing. I knew what I was looking for, they brought it outside for me to see and sit on, then handled the purchase without me having to walk inside. Highly recommend and we'll be back next week for my husband's turn!
