My experience was terrible and I haven't even stayed yet! I called last week to make a reservation with no response. Called again today 3x, and finally got called back only to be told they can't do a 2 night stay on Thursday and Friday. I have to pay for Saturday too because of some event I'm not even attending. She said she would call the manager and see what she could do, and call me back. Yet here I am.. still not receiving a call back after hours of waiting. Someone else can have my business! My sister booked this site two weeks in advance for a weekend of camping plus 4 tubes to go floating ($120 value). It ended up storming the weekend and we could not go due to the weather. We tried to reschedule but they refused. I understand not refunding or letting us reschedule, but we paid $50 in tubes that we didn't even get to use! Think before you book in advance here because you may end up getting ripped off.

Best campground experience ever! We take our kids camping a lot! We will definitely be back to Sugar Creek Campground! The kids had fun fishing in the ponds, canoeing/kayaking making new friends. Very family oriented and the staff was always friendly and helpful! We felt very at home! Loved it!
What a great place: We were welcomed by such a friendly husband and wife team that own it. Clean family friendly area. Wide open space for kids and adults to play and lots to do. We will definitely be back and will bring more friends. Thank you for making our weekend so nice!!!

Best campground experience ever! We take 2 campers, 3-5 kids and 4 adults a few times a year and Sugar Creek Campground is our go to summer home! The kids make new friends every time we go, very clean, campers are respectful, staff is friendly and helpful, and the canoeing/kayaking is excellent!! We even asked about permanent or seasonal sites this weekend and what do you know, there's a waiting list!!! I wouldn't have expected any less as I can imagine there are so many families that feel as at home here as we always do!
