The staff is very patient and kind to my very nervous dog. I very much appreciate the fact that Dr. Ames provides comprehensive care without pushing unnecessary services. I HIGHLY recommend this practice!
We had a terrible experience with this clinic. I took my puppy in on Monday and they ran a fecal exam; my husband called on Tuesday and was told the results were negative, so we assumed the issue was just the bone we had given him. Today—Friday—at 6 PM (closing time), they called to tell me he actually tested positive for whipworm and that there is a pill available at the clinic, but we can't pick it up until Monday.
