They were open on a Saturday when my vet was closed for the weekend, and they were able to get me in right away! Very pleased with every visit, Dr Ames has provided a detailed assessment, for diagnosis & treatment, resolving problems or issues Pup has had!!! I would highly recommend!!!

I called late in the afternoon and was able to get next morning appointment for new patient. Most other vets in the area have a wait of weeks, maybe days if you're lucky. They took the time to know kitties' history.
I had a ton of questions and doc was patient and talked with me about challenges of a new puppy. It's been 20 years since we had a puppy this young so I'm a little nervous about doing things right! I appreciate your time and attention to my questions
