We had a serious medical emergency with our cat Waffles. They answered the phone immediately and told us to come in. When we arrived, they literally rushed to the car to begin treating our fur baby. We have Waffles resting at home now and the vet has already checked in to make sure she's healing. The staff is kind and caring. I'm so thankful they saved my cat and we will be lifelong clients.
I was traveling through from out of town and brought my dog in and the staff was extremely personable and I felt like my pup was in great care. They even encouraged me to call and check on her which was nice so I didn’t feel like that helicopter dog momma. My pup was there over 24 hours for care and I thought she was in great hands! I truly can’t recommend Sugar Creek enough! Their team is full of the kindest humans who love and care for my pups so well. I can always get an appointment scheduled pretty quickly and their pricing is very reasonable. My pups love them too and are always excited when we arrive!
I’m new to the area, and needed an appt in a hurry for one of my dogs. I filled out an appt request online and they scheduled me in quickly. When I got to the appt, they were busy, so we did have to wait for a bit to be seen. Per covid, we checked-in via phone, we waited in the car, and they came and got us when they were ready for us.
