Cute shop, but the customer service was very disappointing. As a paying customer, it was disheartening and frustrating to be treated with such a lack of professionalism. Charging an additional fee for credit card payments over $10 and standing over customers while they count cash to pay for services creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. They do good designs but aren’t the most sanitary and they rush. I came to get my nails soaked off and they popped it off with a metro card & drilled it after I insisted on getting it soaked off. One of the lady’s nails was also bleeding while she was doing my nails. I payed 100+ dollars for short basic nails. I could’ve used a metro card at home myself, that defeated the purpose of me wanting a soak off. Also French tip & regular square plain nails are all the same price. They simply overcharge.
If you have time to wait all day after being told you'll be next only to have others come ahead of you, come to this salon and spend your money. They don’t communicate with you and will make you wait indefinitely. If you're a favorite there, they’ll prioritize you—even if you’re a paying customer. They don’t care about any of that. Arriving early, as I did, means nothing. And if you say some thing and correct them they will sabotage your service and make you pay. I have been going to this salon for about 2 years but now I’m moving out of Brooklyn so I will no longer go here. This place is full of talent and is run by an amazing mom and daughter duo. These ladies will make your nails look beautiful and they work very fast. Not one step is ever missed, they do consistent quality work. There is also one gentleman who does fantastic pedicure service. Definitely a staple to the neighborhood. Thank y’all for making my nails so beautiful every time.
Been there a few times like today $115 and they did a messy job it will be my last I'm done with this place
