I have purchased many, many cakes from here; all vanilla with vanilla, my favourite. My daughter went into the store July 2, looking for a vanilla cake with vanilla icing (from the display case). The lady working showed her this one. She went back July 3, she asked for reassurance the cake was fresh, as it was being taken to the trailer and wouldn’t be eaten until the next day. Absolutely terrible experience at sugar chalet. I was waiting to be helped and the manager was talking so poorly to a customer on the phone the customer hung up on him. I then told them that Friday they gave me chocolate cake with vanilla icing when I specifically asked for vanilla on vanilla and the manager pulled up video footage of me from the day I bought the cake and argued with me he can see what I’m pointing at in the video I was honestly appalled I had gone in twice and had pictures of the chocolate cake from another... read more

We ordered a cake last minute from sugar chalet for my son's 3rd birthday! The other bakery we were working with decided a week before his birthday that they could not make our cake ... The team here was so sweet and had no problem with the last minute order. Our cake turned out amazing! Better than I could've imagined. Not only did it look wonderful, it tasted incredible!
