After pricing new carpet we decided to have ours professionally done. Mark was able to get us scheduled quickly, explained the process and pricing thoroughly and did an amazing job. Our carpets look as close to brand new as you can get! You can’t go wrong using Mark, he will be our go-to guy for any carpet cleaning in the future.
The last time, on delivery day, they saw that my mat was dirty, so they replaced it free of charge. Talk about bending over backwards to ensure a top-notch experience. Sugar Carpet Cleaning is in a league of their own as far as I'm concerned.
