Cheap costume jewelry at a ridiculous price. Reacted to the jewelry within 2 months tarnished and peeled. Owner was rude and condescending. Wouldn't stand behind their product until I mentioned a bad review on social media. I wouldn't set foot in this store again. Disappointed as I like to support local.
I experienced a defect in the necklace I purchased and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. In the end they sent me a brand new necklace. Super happy I get to continue wearing my favourite necklace thanks to their amazing customer service.
I had a reaction to the cheap jewelry and they said there’s nothing that can be done when I called. They said all earrings are final sale, including a pair I’ve never even worn. I do not recommend! Now I’m stuck with $110+ worth of jewelry that I can never wear 🙃 I could’ve easily spent $10 at Claire’s if I wanted pus and blood coming out of my 25+ year old piercing. All I wanted was an exchange for something that wasn’t earrings but oh well, lesson learned! Maybe I can prevent the same from happening to someone else.
I bought the gummy bear charms to string on my own necklace. The ring clasps are nice and strong, thicker than your usual jump rings. It's a great selection of charms overall. Im only nit picky over the fact that their website is glitchy; a purchase took a few tries because the cart kept updating prices and item counts that I did not select. The staff and owner of Sugar Blossom Jewelry are just the sweetest and so helpful. The store is adorable and the jewelry is so fun, they are always coming out with something cool. I love each piece I have purchased from them. Long time customer and have nothing but great things to say about this company and owner! Kelli is the sweetest!
