This review is for the front desk staff. I had called last week seeking help for my child. I was told that his case would be reviewed by the providers on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week and I would receive a call back. I hadn't heard back until Friday so called back, simply to follow up. The front desk told me that I need to understand that the providers have a life and are on a summer schedule. Strange comment to a simple follow up. I wasn't informed of this last week. The staff at this facility is truly professional . The doctors are some of the most caring respectful and understanding of the individual needs for the patients . that has been my experience.
