I originally gave this a great review BEFORE I know what I know now. Horrible communication. Never got a follow up appt made after my install. Called and messages a ton got the excuse of being hospitalized but that has been the response to ALL of her complaints and bad reviews. The install started falling out. I found this place on google and went there for braiding 2 years ago while I was getting ready for a big chop. For a while, it worked. December 2023 , I got my big chop there. I was told I needed to return for first trim in 6 months. I scheduled my appointment in September 2024, I received a call morning of that owner was not feeling well and would follow up with me to reschedule. This place truly needs improvement. Way to cluttered and junky feeling. Service was not great at all. They just want to collect money. It's sad that this is the only black beauty supply store in the area.
