I love this place! I have been coming here since the beginning of this year and I have been 100% satisfied with the customer service and expectations! It’s super clean as well which is great!! This is sugar waxing and not traditional waxing! The women here are amazing, respectful and will talk you through your first time with such compassion! Kaydee is my go to sugarist and she is absolutely amazing! Also the products they have are a must have for aftercare and maintenance!

I went in for a brazilian wax at the Downey location and the sugarist tore my labia which I had to get stitches for. I contacted them about this but they delayed in responding, and when they finally did reach out to me, they promised to make amends. Then they ghosted me and I never heard back from them since after several attempts to reach out to them.

First off, I love the vibe of this place. Everyone is so nice, and they offer you a refreshment upon arrival (granted if you arrive early ). My girl was amazing and I felt very comfortable and it was prob my least painful one yet! I'll be coming back for sure! Thank you Kaydee!
