unsatifactory I went with a friend to Sufu Nail Spa to pick up a couple of gift certificates. You would think hearing that some customers wanted gift certificates would encourage the workers to be more helpful - we were left alone for a good 5 minutes and almost walked out before anyone came over to us. I was completely unimpressed and told my friend I'd never go there.
