I left several messages, and didn't get a call back
No idea about the doctors here but there is a review of a person that works there that is unprofessional and rude and should not be the one helping patients. No thank you
I was very disappointed with the after care (none!) that I received after having a kidney stone procedure. I developed a UTI within 2 days, and, after calling the office at least 5 times, got no return call from Dr. Atalla. I went to urgent care, where I got a prescription for an anti-biotic and was fine in no time. The clincher for me was that the urgent care people called me afterward to check on my progress. I never heard from the doctor at all.
After years of suffering with BPH, Dr. Kim recommended a well-established, but delicate same-day surgical procedure. I was home from the hospital by 4 pm -- with discomfort. But the procedure changed my quality of life for the better. I'd do it all over again. Dr. Kim is terrific and his staff all are always caring and attentive.
