*** came and looked at my system. Another company told me I needed a whole new system. My air handler is only 3 years old. *** took the time to find a matching outdoor condenser. I only needed the condenser. They are fair and honest.

I have a Navien boiler that nobody was able to repair. *** came and immediately saw that it was installed incorrectly. He repaired it properly and efficiently. I appreciate it

Lori scheduled my elderly mother immediately when it was humid and really hot. Matt went and cleared the drain and got her system going. I could not be more grateful.

I called Suffolk Systems on a 90 degree day as a first time customer (other companies did not even return my call). They went through my system and found a burned up contactor. They also recommended a maintenance service. I did the service and replaced the part. Two guys came and spent an hour and a half servicing the system and getting me up and running. Good service for a fair price. So happy to have found a reliable, honest company

We had our air conditioners put in 2 years ago and were very pleased with the service provided, so much so that I recommended them to my daughter when she needed air conditioning. This year I called to make an appt. for a tune up and was quoted a price on the phone. This is the same company that installed the air conditioners so they were well aware that we have 2 units. The price quoted was $249 plus tax. (and that was supposedly was with a 10% discount) When it came time to pay, the bill was much larger than we anticipated... read more
