I feel that this company is ******* ****. We had them come to our church to fix a gas leak. Their first bill was over $ ********* we had questions about the first bill. Then never returned our calls. our second encounter with Suffolk Sheet metal was beause , we felt they capped off our gas to our heat pac. Which was working before their first job. Suffolk Sheet Metal has been servicing are house and friends for over 20 years in the past, recently their service and customer care has been short of pair, they came out and serviced the outdoor unit instead of telling us there was a leak they charged the unit with Freon knowing it was only going to last a week or so, also we had this unit replaced by another company and they told us the unit that SSM installed was not properly hooked up the heat pump discharge was never hooked up cause all the condensation to dump under th... read more

Based on the content of your letter, thank you for allowing us to service you and your family for over twenty years. We had the privilege of installing the HVAC system when this house was built in 1986 and in 2002 your in-laws allowed us to replace two units. According to our records, these units have had very little service. In fact, February 2018 was the first time we were called to service the residence since 2002.
