Would be less based on customer service alone. Technician couldn't service outside due to weather and we were told they'd call and fit us in to do the outside. A week later I call, and am told I have to wait another week..that it's not their fault and I should've picked up the phone myself to call. When I told her I didn't think I had to, I was told I can never trust their technicians.
