They are never on time when it comes to appointments but if you’re 7 minutes late they make you reschedule.Cassie from the front desk can be rude and insensitive.
We've had a great experience at every visit! The front desk staff and care providers have been so kind. My baby gets along well with them and I feel like he's in good hands.
Front desk personnel is beyond rude, this will be my last encounter with this clinic.
Worst billing department. My insurance company has been fighting with them for over a year on a claim that they say was never paid by the insurance, when there are receipts showing it’s been paid. Seems a little fraudulent to me. They keep sending us a $400 bill over and over and my insurance company tells us not to pay it.
Coming from out of state, this was the closest pediatrician near our new home. I’ve never heard of a pediatrician not having new patient appointments. The only way a new patient can be seen is either with a “same day sick appointment” or when they are due for an annual. Any time I have called for a sick appointment, they have 0 openings and refer me to urgent care. Please keep note of this, if you are a military family moving to the area, this may or may not be the right place for you.
