I want to start off by saying the doctors were not bad here. My daughter has been going to the doctor since she was born she's 13 now. I have my nephew living with me now what she has been living with me since kindergarten and I have a temporary custody agreement paper which is notarized. Which I called ahead of time to CHKD Suffolk Pediatrics and explain to them the paperwork I had and they told me that they would accept that so they could start seeing my nephew also along with my daughter. We've always had positive experiences with Suffolk pediatrics. The doctors and nurses are great.
When I called concerned about my children’s dad falsifying medical issues Karen was extremely rude and loud. Over and over told me to calm down when she was aggressive from the moment she began talking and hung up on me. When I called back she wouldn’t let me speak to anybody else. She has been nasty and rude since we started going here 4 years ago.
The receptionist are rude, the doctors just want your money and their favorite line is “Let it take its course”.
Go to Ireland, UK, Greenland, anywhere in Europe and you never have to pay anything for Healthcare and they don't turn you away. Suffolk pediatrics apparently does turn you away. I have a child who is sick and possibly has an infection but they refuse to talk to me because I owe $150 for procedures that I am disputing with my insurance for not covering. That's pretty crazy to me. Yay American Healthcare.
