I called the nurses line to ask a question about my kid and was advised to take him to CHKD ER. The ER was great, but basically told us that it was overkill. Now we're stuck with an ER bill for something that should've been an office visit.
I love the whole CHKD organization as a whole and I highly recommend them! My boys have been going to Suffolk Pediatrics since they were 5 years old and five months old. They are now 19 and 14. Their pediatrician Dr. Levorone was the absolute best! I was sad when she retired but it was well deserved. The old nursing staff was great. My only complaint with the staffing turnover is the lack of friendliness with the staff. Other than that I have no complaints and I highly recommend them

I love the medical staff there but the front office workers (well 1 in particular) is extremely rude. I was 2 minutes outside of the 5 min late policy which I was unaware of and was told I needed to reschedule. I have been going here for 4 years and have never heard of this 5 min policy until today. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. If the policy did in fact change, it’s unit right to notify patients of this change.
They are never on time when it comes to appointments but if you’re 7 minutes late they make you reschedule.Cassie from the front desk can be rude and insensitive.
