Worst billing department. My insurance company has been fighting with them for over a year on a claim that they say was never paid by the insurance, when there are receipts showing it’s been paid. Seems a little fraudulent to me. They keep sending us a $400 bill over and over and my insurance company tells us not to pay it.
Coming from out of state, this was the closest pediatrician near our new home. I’ve never heard of a pediatrician not having new patient appointments. The only way a new patient can be seen is either with a “same day sick appointment” or when they are due for an annual. Any time I have called for a sick appointment, they have 0 openings and refer me to urgent care. Please keep note of this, if you are a military family moving to the area, this may or may not be the right place for you.
Just called in to make a new patient appointment and the receptionist was very rude and condescending. Will not be making an appointment here due to lack of professionalism. Please train employees on how to speak with customers.
We took our new born and Dr. Daphne is amazing! She helped us with weight regained and recommended a great lactation consultant. Dr. Daphne is patient and knowledgeable and has a great attitude. We like here a lot!
