Hygienist was considerate with my son during our first visit. Wait was approx round about 30-45 before put into exam room. Second time, was scheduled for a 6 month cleaning. Got one reminder call one month prior to appointment. Received 3 CONFIRMATION text messages. Even including the texts on the same day of the appointment. After confirming all FOUR, finally at the appointment and they said then and there that we could not be seen due to a "termination" through insurance. I called insurance, indeed it was active. I actually laughed at the negative reviews. Amazing how any moron can slander a business on the Internet. This is the best dentist my son has ever seen. The staff is incredibly friendly. The other reviewers must not understand the concept of dental insurance.
Great Services, Great Personal, Great with children and Great Doctors...... If my 6 years old said "Dr. Bob is a great Dr." after teeth cleaning and two cavities repair.... What do you think about that?
