As everyone else said ,, the front desk is not friendly at all,,, it took 6 wks to get an appt after I was hospitalized,,,, then I was left to rot in the waiting room. As I gave up and went to leave , they brought me to an exam room that dirty floors and stains of several colors around the door handle. I waited there 15 min and walked out without ever seeing the doctor. He seemed very good when I met him in hospital but the office is terrible.
I have tried calling several 5 to be exact times on my lunch break driving from work, which is very limited. I've been on hold for over ten minutes. I'm a single parent with two kids working full time. I have sent several emails too. I believe you are not billing his medicaid. If I don't hear from you, I will interpret it that you do not want to get paid and that you are eating the cost. They're billing department it's the worst. And if you like waiting on, hold to deal with them, then this is the place for you.
receptionist not very nice. right away tried rushing me off the phone as if i was wasting her time.
Dr. Pommier is very nice and he explains everything! He wants me a see another doctor! After I got home I called the other doctor to make an appointment! And the staff at Dr.Pommier office already sent over the test results! Now that’s service!
