Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Absolutely not. I was shocked and appalled when I paid the bill. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Yes, it was almost unbearable Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Yes, it's usually postponed at least a week

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
