Depending on how busy it is you may have to wait for a bit. Everyone is friendly and professional. The Dr's are great. Located on the 2nd floor you can take the stairs or the elevator. The place is clean and neat. Employees are efficient and knowledgeable and accommodating.
Women at the front desk are absolutely miserable and not personable at all. Even after being kind and trying to make a few jokes to lighten the mood, it seems painful for them to crack even the slightest smile. Wait times are dreadful. I get it a wait is expected but from other offices Ive been to, this has got to be the worst. The longest wait times for such short doctor-patient durations. Not a good place at all, very disappointing. Staff translate the wrong things to the patient, cancel your appointments, want to send you prescription without even knowing if they got the test results back. They will tell you that they will send the referral by the mail and you will never receive it if you don’t call asking for your referral they won’t even noticed it was never send in the mail Not recommended. Great doctor not good staff
This practice is awful. Went on recommendation of my PCP. I have uncontrolled high blood pressure on 8 medications. Constant chest pain and shortness of breath. Dr. D'Gate is so dismissive of my complaints as tests have showed some concerning things but not enough to do anything about. I suggested a couple of additional tests he says no you don't need them.
