Way over priced for an apartment with a leaking roof (reported 6 months ago -No resolution). The mold will not only harm people, but also killed my house plants. The company makes millions in profit, and "fee" renters for everything they can think of.
I needed an apartment in a hurry due to selling my house. Management worked with me to be sure they got something ready for the time frame I needed. It work out perfect, and the community is great, it is clean and kept up nicely.
I have lived here about 3 weeks. I love it. Maintenance has already taken care of 3 big issues. I am satisfied. Of course I am used to Columbus.
