I resided in these apartments from October 15, 2025, to March 2026. Address: 2315 Suffolk Ln, Grove City, OH. From the moment I moved in, the HVAC system in my apartment was in a hazardous condition and unfit for use. The blower drum was covered with a thick layer of dirt and dust, and there was mold on the internal components. The young lady Nelly is exceptional. In an office full of disgruntled people her charisma can calm anyone down. While she is straight to the point, her eagerness to help is what this community needs. She treats everyone like family.
Nelly worked very hard to resolve the issues with the rent payment app that I was having and just amazingly helpful and works very well under pressure.
