I can't say enough good things about this practice. You will feel welcomed, respected and genuinely heard. The clinicians are compassionate and truly interested in the clients well being. It is not just regular therapy, you learn and adapt skills. The office staff is so kind and responsive. You will not regret going to Suffolk DBT!!!!

I wouldn’t be where I am without them . The DBT skills helped me regulate my emotions and the phone coaching they provide between sessions helped me when I couldn’t figure out what to do on my own , I’m telling you this place saved my life .
