We had a liner put in two years ago had nothing but problems since he put it in when you try to reach out to this company they never get back to you they said they check the lines and they never did I would never never recommend this company run I called them up this past Sunday to find out my warranty they still haven’t gotten that back to me the manager is rude as can be and I it was never recommend this company again

I contracted with Dan to do tile and marble dusting on our pool that hadn’t been opened for at least 4 years. Unfortunately, with covid there was a delay with supplies but eventually, they were able to have Walter and his crew start the process after two acid power washings . The process was delayed due to weather but Walter and his crew came on a Saturday morning so we could get our pool done. You can see how beautiful the pool came out. I have been working with Suffolk County Pools for about 10 years. Through the years they have maintained my pool weekly with no issues, replaced a pool filter, and replaced a pool light. They installed a Wi-Fi connection for my filter, heater and light. It was the owner's suggestion, and we were so happy that we did it. We can now control our pool from our phone. They are always responsive when I call with scheduling, pool questions or issues. I highly recommend this company.
